Welcome to LiveAura. By accessing or using our mobile application, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

By creating an account, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 17 years of age (or 18+ in some jurisdictions)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Will comply with all applicable laws and these Terms

2. Service Description

LiveAura is an AI-powered platform that provides:

• Video Analysis: Short videos are analyzed for clarity, lighting, motion, and duration to generate an activity (aura) score
• Live Feed: Optional sharing of videos (automatically deleted after 24 hours)
• Live Aura Mode: Venue-based aura and 3D AR experience at locations
• World Map: Country and location leaderboards based on activity scores
• Social Features: User profiles, community voting, messaging
• Premium Features: VIP membership, boost points, unlimited analyses, ad-free experience

Our Services are for entertainment purposes only. Aura and activity scores reflect activity and interaction at a location, not a judgment of a person.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Choose a unique username (3-20 characters, no offensive content)
• Provide a valid email address for verification
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality

3.2 Age Requirements

• Minimum Age: 17 years old (18+ in some jurisdictions)
• Age Verification: You must select and confirm your age during registration
• Age Verification: We may request proof of age at any time
• False Information: Providing false age information may result in account termination

4. User Content & Conduct

4.1 Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of videos and content you upload
• By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
  • Display, reproduce, and distribute your content on our platform
  • Use for video analysis and service improvement
  • Include in promotional materials (with your consent)

4.2 Content Standards

You agree NOT to upload or share content that:

LiveAura is designed for friendly activity competition. Harassment, bullying, discrimination or offensive behavior toward other users is strictly prohibited. Content or behavior that targets individuals in a harmful or degrading way will be removed and the user may be banned.

This app is not used to judge or shame people.

• Bullying is prohibited.
• Insults are prohibited.
• Discrimination is prohibited.
• Harassment is prohibited.

Users may not use the service to harass, bully, shame or target other individuals. Violating accounts may be suspended or permanently banned.

About Aura score: Aura score reflects activity and interaction at a location, not a judgment of a person.

Leaderboard: Aura rankings show activity scores and are designed for friendly competition.

6.1 How It Works

• Upload a short video → AI analyzes clarity, lighting, motion, duration → Receive activity (aura) score
• Analysis is based on technical and social criteria, not on judging individuals
• Results are generated using machine learning models
• No biometric identification: We do not identify individuals or match to external databases

7.1 Available Purchases

• VIP Membership ($50/month): Unlimited analyses, boost points, super likes, ad-free, priority support
• Premium Membership ($4.99/month): 100 analyses/day, 50 boost points/month, reduced ads
• Boost Points Packages: $0.99 - $14.99 (increase visibility on leaderboards)
• Re-Analysis Credits: $0.99 - $3.99 (re-analyze the same video)

7.2 Subscriptions

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime via App Store/Play Store or Account Settings
• Refunds: Generally non-refundable; see Refund Policy
• Renewal Notice: You will be charged 24 hours before renewal

7.3 Refund Policy

• Digital Products: Generally non-refundable after purchase
• Technical Issues: Refunds may be granted for technical failures preventing use
• Fraudulent Charges: Full refund for unauthorized transactions
• Dispute Process: Contact myfacerates@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase

8. Intellectual Property

• LiveAura name, logo, design, and code are our property
• Protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our Services

10. Termination

• You engage in prohibited activities
• Required by law or legal process
• To protect our Services or other users

• NO GUARANTEES: We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or availability
• AI LIMITATIONS: AI results are estimates and may contain errors

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are NOT liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Maximum liability limited to amount paid by you in past 12 months (or $100, whichever is less)
